What Is Included the Full Packages

• Meals and lodging for you and one guest, starting Friday prior to the hunt through Saturday of the hunt.
• Guiding for an 8-day hunt (Saturday through Saturday). Sunday is departure day.
• Upon harvesting an elk, ECO will field dress the animal, collect all required PGC samples, remove the animal from the field, transport you and the animal to the mandatory PGC check station, and assist you with the check station process.
• We will either:
  • Take you and the elk to a local, reputable butcher so you can make your processing arrangements;
  • Transfer the elk from our vehicle to yours for transport home; or
  • Take the elk to camp, where, for a $100 fee, we can hang it and assist you with caping and cutting it into manageable portions for travel home.

Archery Season Total: $5,250

General Seasons Total: $5,000

Payment Terms:

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the start date of the hunt.

Additional Charges and Discounts:

• Guest charge: $150/day for meals and lodging for guests beyond your included plus one.
• Extended hunt: $500/day beyond the initial 8-day hunt.
• After-season support: $300/day.
• Veterans/First Responder discount: $250.

Items Not Covered:

• Property access fees
• Tips
• Full butchering services
• Dog tracking services

Terms and Conditions:

• ECO reserves the right to terminate any hunt at any time due to safety concerns or excessive and/or egregious wounding loss.
• There shall be no alcohol consumption while hunting or prior to the start of any hunting day.
• Any videos produced during the hunt are subject to final approval by ECO prior to public release.
