From the intersection of Winslow Hill Rd. and Summerson Rd. south on Summerson Rd. to Rt. 555. Rt. 555 west to Front St. at Benezette. Front St. north to Elk State Forest boundary. Elk State Forest boundary east to Winslow Hill Rd. Winslow Hill Rd. north, then east to Summerson Rd.
